Product Introduction
ATUS PVH Series inline variable axial piston pump is designed for open-circuit high-performance hydraulic systems. Available displacements include PVH057, PVH074, PVH098, PVH131. Rated continuous pressure reaches 250 bar, peak pressure up to 280 bar. It supports single pump and full power through-drive versions, compact and lightweight structure. Widely used in heavy mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment as a direct replacement pump.

Installation Method
Mounting form: SAE standard flange mounting, compatible with standard engine and gearbox interfaces
Mounting orientation: Horizontal installation preferred; vertical shaft-up installation is available, shaft-down mounting needs customized case drain design
Port layout: SAE side inlet & outlet ports; case drain port shall be installed at the lowest position of pump casing
Shaft connection: Adopt flexible coupling to connect prime mover; avoid excessive radial and axial load on pump shaft
Through-drive model: Multiple pumps can be stacked in series to realize combined hydraulic power supply
Installation note: Maintain proper oil level for drain line, prevent air suction and cavitation damage
